  Tom is a Commercial Real Estate Specialist operating under 

“The Naseef Commercial Services Group”. 

Tom is a Commercial real estate executive with a proven track record in investment sales, leasing, development, and property management. Known for delivering strategic solutions and trusted guidance to institutional and private investors, financial institutions, and developers. Expertise spans multifamily, land, and commercial assets, with a reputation for high-impact advisory, expert testimony, and receivership services. CCIM and SIOR designations reflect top-tier industry proficiency and commitment to excellence.

Sandra is the Corporate Broker and oversees the Commercial Property Leasing, Asset and Property Management division. 

Sandra has more than 40 years of commercial property management and leasing experience in Office, Medical Office, and Retail properties.  Sandra is proficient in all phases of managing commercial properties from tenant buildouts to financial reporting, including budgeting and lease administration, staff oversight and tenant retention through quality customer service.

Jeff Naseef CCIM joined the Naseef Commercial Services Group in 2011. In the last 18 months Jeff has assisted with the facilitation of over $200 million dollars in transactions. His primary responsibilities include the creation of property marketing.

Jeff is responsible for all business development and marketing needs for the team.
